Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday.  Any orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.  Most orders are shipped within 24-hours from the order date. 

 

Orders placed on weekends and holidays may be subject to a 24-hour processing period from the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment and/or shipping information, your order processing may be delayed.

International Shipping

We do not offer International shipping at this time.  We hope to in the future!

We accept returns for merchandise that are in their original, unused condition but require return shipping to be paid by the buyer for a full refund or exchange. 

 

Prior to shipping, please contact Customer Service at info@chcandles.com to obtain a RRN # prior to shipping or we will not be able to process your return/exchange.

Any package returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
